About our Competitions

All people joining PURPLE / Junior either during or following the Birmingham Baby Show at the NEC between 21-23 May 2010, will be entered into our prize draw competition. The prize is a £250 Mothercare voucher and the prize will only apply to those who have joined PURPLE / Junior in conjunction with their attendance at the Birmingham Baby Show.

Terms and conditions apply. 

a) Our competitions are open to all UK and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years old or over, except employees of Darbys Solicitors LLP (“Darbys”), and their families or any other person(s) connected to the competition.

b) To enter the competition, the entrant must join our PURPLE / Junior scheme within 4 weeks of attending the Birmingham Baby Show.

c) On entry into the draw to win the £250 Mothercare voucher it will be valid for a single individual only. The winner will be contacted by Emma Shotton, the team leader of PURPLE / Junior.

d) The winner of our competitions shall be picked at random by a nominated employee of Darbys on 23 June 2010. Our winner will be notified the same day.

e) This prize is non-transferable and cash alternatives are not available. Any breach of the rules by the entrant will void their entry. Darbys reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including the prize) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

f) The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
